The plan for Friday was to get up and out by 8 am. HAHA Well that didn’t happen!! First the night before we ran out of propane for the dryer. We couldn’t finish drying our clothes until 6 am when I ran to the store to get a new tank. Then while the clothes were drying, the power went out!!! It was just one thing after another this morning and we didn’t get out of the house till about 10! OOPS!
Our first stop was NY to drop Inu off at Ichiro’s parents. It was the perfect first rest stop for us. We picked up some delicious Sal’s salad pizza and because it was good Friday, was able to have lunch with both Ichiro’s parents. It was a wonderful visit but still short, soon we had to load the car and head out again.

Our first stop in PA was to see Uncle Bill!! We miss Bill so any opportunity we get to see him, we take it! Timing actually worked out perfectly for us. After two more hours in the car everyone was ready to get out and relax at Bills. It was a great visit and again, after every time we see Bill and Jeanene, we say we wished we lived closer to them!
Noby always asks Bill to go “up high.” Friday night he got to touch the Moose!
