Today Noby had a VERY hard day; if he wasn’t whining, he was crying. (no pictures were taken today! haha) I felt bad for him but nothing I did was helping. He wouldn’t nap, he wouldn’t swing, he wouldn’t play, he wouldn’t eat, nothing. Well as you can imagine that can wear you down. I’m not complaining, not at all. This is the first day in 5 months that Noby was like this. I just felt very sad for him and very guilty that I couldn’t do anything and just wanted him to stop. Actually I did find one way to make him stop crying, I gave him a bath. He loved it, but he became waterlogged and I knew he had to get out. Once out he was back to his whining and crying. At this point Ichiro was home and could tell I was at my whits end. He grab Noby and headed upstairs so I could have a few minutes of peace. What a great husband I have! We think Noby is teething. Anyway nothing Ichiro did helped either. We gave him some dinner, some tylenol, and was in bed by 8!
Oh one more thing… At one point today, I was trying everything to get Noby to be happy. He was standing on my stomach while I laid on his floor. I looked up and thought “DAMN you have grown!!” It looks like he grew like 5 inches!!! OK maybe not 5 but it totally looks like he grew a few. If he’s in a better mood tomorrow we will measure him on the wall!
