Our weekend plans did not go as originally planned. Mom and Dad were due to arrive Saturday morning for an overnight visit. So Friday night was spent cleaning the house, trying to get it ready. I have to say it looks great. Saturday morning we got a call from mom saying that Dad had gotten sick over the night and she didn’t think they should travel up. We were all disappointed but understood. So now that all the house work was done, we decided to help Brenda spend some more money. She was in need of a TV, so Ichiro helped her pick one out, order it and pick it up. They did that in a matter of 20 minutes!! We spent Saturday at Brenda’s building her new TV stand (she got for Xmas from our parents) and setting up her new 42 inch plasma TV. (pictures to come)
For a while now Ichiro has been saying we need a new TV, well wouldn’t you know that helping Brenda set up hers must have put that thought in overdrive. Yup that’s right, during our trip to Costco, Ichiro got a new TV. Boys and their toys. He always needs the biggest and baddest so he got a 50 inch plasma. One word, HUGE!
