Not much to say besides, NO BABY YET!!!

That’s right we are now onto day 4 of being over due, I’m having some contractions but nothing I think I should be worried about.

This week I thought I would work from home. Spent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, working from the couch. I thought I would like it, Kerry seems to enjoy it. Me?? Not so much. I was bored and couldn’t concentrate on anything besides why this baby wasn’t coming. Was something wrong with him? Was there something wrong with me?  Why am I not feeling him anymore, was that him or a contraction?  I was driving myself crazy and after some convincing from Ichiro, I called the doctors on Wednesday. They had me come right in. Weight was fine, blood pressure was normal and we listened to the baby’s heart beat, of course that was normal too. I explained that I thought I wasn’t feeling him and they decided they would put me on this machine to monitor his heart beat. In the end everything was ok and he doctor said she thought I was driving myself crazy. Ok she didn’t say it in those words but I knew what she was saying. She told me to stay active, take it slow but to stay active.

So today, Thursday, I went back to work. I got there a little late and took the day slow but it was good. I got my mind of stuff and the day few by.

Next doctors appointment is tomorrow at 4 pm. Let’s hope things are progressing. If not, there is an end in site, I will be induced on Tuesday the 25th.
