We’ve been back from Japan for a while now and I have been promising that I would try some of those tastely recipes we had in Japan. Well tonight was the night. While Ichiro worked on the baby’s room, I worked on dinner.
I went all out. Started with Hot Soba Soup, attempted Shrimp and Veggie Tempura, and even had some Gyoza on the side.
It didn’t exactly come out BUT for my first attempt, Ichiro said it was pretty good. (Of course we all know he would eat anything!)
