Koji had a few blow outs this week and one in his Bundle Me. Having a broken washer wasn’t helping all the laundry that was piling up. I had to bring Noby to school, so I grabbed his snowsuit. Now we were rushing and I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t zipping correctly. I thought, “He must have to many clothes on under it.” When we got home and I took the snowsuit off I realized it didn’t fit because it was only a size 0-3 months. Haha OOPS!!
Check it out.. Koji looks like a little stuffed sausage!

Now that everyone is in their big beds it’s time to tackle the kitchen. Today I moved Noby to the kitchen table to eat. He was excited to sit on a big boy chair! During breakfast he even let Koji sit in his booster seat.

Koji ended up sleeping with us every night we were in RI. When we got back to Boston it was time to move that kid into his own room! And of course he did great!! Well except for EVERY time the pacifier fell out of his mouth. Ichiro and I were in and out of that room putting the pacifier back into his mouth. It kept us up most of the night but Koji did sleep the entire night in his own bed, so that was a start!
The co-sleeper wasn’t exactly empty!! I could still keep an eye on my two little sleeping angel!
Someone woke up pretty happy….

Saturday my parents, Brenda and Ichiro came down. Due to all the snow, sicknesses and work this was the first our families could get together for our annual Christmas. It sucked that not everyone could be there but we did have an amazing time. It was a relaxing afternoon playing with the kids, having a yummy lunch and just laughing!!

The guys allowed us ladies to escape for a few hours… Ladies Night! We headed to a local bar that overlooked the ocean. It was a perfect view! We had so much fun talking about everything and having some very yummy drinks!

Friday Kathy, the boys and I had a relaxing day at the Condo. We stayed in our PJ for most of the day, only leaving to take a short trip to Walmart. That night Glenn and Maggie came down to join us.
Noby found Glenn’s blue glasses and wouldn’t take them off! Check out his chocolate Coco Puff mustache too…
When it comes to food, we all know that I’m not very daring. I like to think I am but lets be honest, I’m not and I know it. However whenever I get around Glenn I tend to try things that I won’t normally try. Why? I have NO idea, but I do. Tonight Glenn made Linguine with clam sauce for dinner, not a big deal. BUT before dinner he handed me a plate saying he made us an appetizer. I knew exactly what it was when he handed it to me, seared tuna. Something Ichiro gets all the time. I guess I made a face cause he asked if I liked it. I said I didn’t know, that I had to try it. And I did, and I liked it. Weird normally I wouldn’t have tried it but with Glenn, I do. I took a picture to send to Ichiro! haha
So that night was the first time the boys and I had to all sleep in the same room. This is how we ended up! It was a LONG night! lol

This coming weekend the family is heading down to RI to celebrate the Blackburn/Hansen Christmas. You know us Hansens, we LOVE Christmas and can celebrate it anytime of the year. This morning I got a text from Kathy, she was already in Westerly and wanted to know when I was coming down. I explained that Ichiro had a Boy’s Night on Friday so we wouldn’t be down till Saturday morning, like everyone else. After hanging up the phone I thought why not go today, Ichiro agreed. He said Noby was home sick from school and he had work today and tomorrow and then Boy’s Night on Friday. Since he wasn’t going to be around I thought, “why not!” I packed up and headed down…
The first night the boys and I were there, it was just us and Kathy. It was great to just relax and hang out. Here’s Koji chilling at the table…
Now that Noby’s in a big boy bed traveling has become an issue. We can’t just set up the pack n play anymore. I searched and searched online to try and find something I could buy that day and we ended up getting a Disney Cars blow up mattress from Target. The first night was interesting. It took Noby FOREVER to fall asleep, but I have to admit he did great. he never got out of his bed but you looking around. I had the video monitor on the floor and every time he looked around you would see this. It was pretty cute!
We were all suppose to share a room, but when I put Noby to bed I hadn’t set up Koji’s bed yet. I ended up just putting it together in the living room and as Kathy and I played on our computers, Koji snoozed in the corner…
