Today is the 7th day of my 10 day raw juice detox and I can honestly say, “detoxing sucks!” I feel like I was hit by a truck! You know when you have a cold and your entire body hurts? Well it feels like that but worse cause you can’t take anything for it. What would be the purpose of doing a detox if you then put toxins in your body? My entire body hurts, I have the worse headache ever, and let me not forget the ridiculous chills I’ve had all day! I think this actually started last night, I just couldn’t get warm. I ended up going to bed just so I could get warm. Today the headache started this morning. I can’t move any part of my body without it hurting. I had hope to maybe skip this part of the detox. I mean I was already on day 7!! A couple of my friends that started the reboot had these symptoms on the first and second day. But I guess it wouldn’t be a detox if I didn’t have to go through a little discomfort!! hahaha
