It’s beautiful out, just beautiful! This morning I knew we had to do something outside, it was just a matter of what. I asked Noby if he wanted to go to the zoo and his response was “giraffe.” So it was decided!! We didn’t make it to the big zoo with the giraffes but we did have a great time seeing all the animals.
I can’t say enough how much having a membership rocks!! When we first got to the zoo I couldn’t believe the number of cars in the parking lot, it was CRAZY! Then I remembered that there was no school today! We our membership we were able to walk right up to the gate and show our membership and walk right in. No line at all. It was fantastic. Because I could tell the park was going to be filled with kids and strollers I decided that we would attempt our first visit to the zoo with NO stroller. I was SOOO impressed with Noby. He listened to me when I asked him to stop and ran ahead when I allowed it. He even held my hand when I asked him to, that doesn’t happen very often!! We spent about an hour and half running around the zoo. It was the perfect amount of time! We came home for lunch and Noby has been sleeping ever since!! I love days we can go outside!!
