This past holiday weekend was a blast!! It all started Friday when my parents got to MA! Ichiro and Brenda had to work, so Noby and I got Memere and Grandpa to ourselves! We hung out at the house so that Noby could have his normal nap. While Dad oohed and awwed about Direct TVs coverage of the Masters, Mom and I made the sides dishes we were in charge of for Easter. Me? Rebaked potatoes and Mom? Broccoli Casserole! YUMMY. The weather was beautiful on Friday, so after Noby’s nap my mom and I took him to the park. He was very excited to show Memere his playground skills!
Friday Night Mom and Dad took us all out to dinner at a new local restaurant that is quickly becoming one of our favorites!!
My father wanted to see where Brenda worked, so Saturday morning we headed into Cambridge so he could check it out. She gave us the grand tour and of course my parents were impressed. haha My mom has a picture of Brenda at every office she’s worked at. We aren’t really sure why but she does. Anyway of course she wanted one on Saturday and Brenda was totally against it! TOTALLY! But parents have a way of making you do things you aren’t crazy about, and she agreed, as long as my mom and I were in the picture too. So Dad had the camera and of course it was in the video mode, so the pictures sucks. But I HAD to post it, just to piss Brenda off. haha
After we did a little driving tour of Cambridge and headed back to Brenda’s for Easter dinner. We planned Easter dinner on Saturday so we could relax and enjoy it. We didn’t want to worry about my parents having to rush out to head back to CT.

So cause we had Easter dinner on Saturday we were able to have Easter brunch on Sunday! Brenda makes the best breakfasts!! I’m totally serious, next time you hang out with her, ask her to make you breakfast!!! DO IT!
