Saturday we had some very important Pre-Easter activities to get to! We started the day with a little swimming at the hotel. The “heated” pool wasn’t really heated but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all!
After our morning swim we headed to Aunt Diane’s house for some Pre-Easter Prep! What would Easter be (especially in PA) without decorating some Easter eggs? I was trying to think back and I think this might have been Noby’s first year decorating eggs. (I know, I know NO mother of the year award for that!)
Keira and Chris were experts at it!
Auntie helping Noby make some eggs…
I think this picture was taken right before, or after Auntie let Noby put his hand in the dye to fish out the egg!! haha
We had three different types of decorating eggs supplies. One box had little hats for the eggs…
Alison made this Rock Star Egg with the stickers from another box…
And Noby was excited to see his name appear from the wax that came in the classic box…
After we finished making the Easter Eggs, the kids got to decorate bags with stickers. These bags would be used on Easter for the Easter Egg hunt!!
Now I know what you’re thinking… “Where is everyone else while all this Pre-Easter Prep is going on?” Well here is our classic holiday picture… Memere’s working in the kitchen, while Grandpas and Grand-Pepere are sleeping in front of the TV. haha Such a classic picture!
The weather was just beautiful so we headed outside for some bubbles.
