Well I joined Weight Watchers, again; I’m determined to make it work this time. Weight Watchers has this new program called Core. This program has a core list of foods that are OK to eat. You’re not suppose to eat anything not on the list. It introduces you to new foods, plus teaches you how to eat more healthy. For example, you can have brown rice and whole wheat pasta, instead of white rice and regular pasta. And I’m going to try polenta, just need to figure out how to cook it. Simple changes like that. Anyway here is a picture of my meal on Core….
Yummy tuna salad (tuna, fat free mayo, celery, red pepper and pickles) stuffed in a red pepper on top of lettuce and cucumbers. YUMMMM
