SPA DAY!

Awwwww, I don’t think I really need to say more then SPA DAY!!!!  It was amazing!   I was invited to go celebrate Brenda’s birthday with a couple of her friends.  This year they picked a day of beauty at the spa!  I can’t thank them enough for inviting me and thank my awesome husband for letting me go, watching the boys and coming up with the extra money for it!! haha  I am very blessed!!

The morning started with an amazingly delicious brunch at City Girl Cafe.  If you are ever in Inman Square, you should really check them out!  Everything on the menu sounded delightful and to top it off they served MIMOSA!!! Awww they had me at MIMOSA!!!

After brunch we headed over to Inman Oasis.  I couldn’t come up with the right words to describe this place so I’ll quote the website.  The website says, “Inman Oasis offers both Massage Therapy and Hot Tubs in a Feng Shui designed wellness center that provides the ultimate in relaxation.”  And that is exactly what it was!  Because there was only 2 massage therapist on at a time and there was 4 of us, Brenda and Laura went first for their massages.  While they got worked on, Megan and I headed over to 1369 Coffee House for some tea and coffee.  We had some amazing conversation and the time just flew by! Soon it was time to head over for our massages.

It was our turn for massages and I can tell you that my massage was AMAZING!  I’m not a person who gets massages regularly, so at first I was a bit uncomfortable.  The massage therapist was supper nice and explained everything very well.  By the end of my 30 minutes I was ready for more!  I was ridiculously relaxed and wanted her to keep going.  BUT it was time to more on to our private soak!!  Inman Oasis has several private hot tubs that you can pick from.  You shower before hand and they provide all the water you might want to drink! This was such a great time.  We shared stores and laughed and laughed!! It was perfect day!!!

If you are ever in the Inman Square area I think you should check out all 3 of these places!!  Sorry no real pictures, but who brings a camera out on Spa Days?? haha  Happy Birthday Brenda!
