Today Noby and I went on an adventure! An animal/jelly bean adventure!! This weekend was cold, very cold so we really didn’t do much outside the house. This morning I could tell we needed to get out for a little bit. The weather was perfect for the zoo, so we packed up and headed out. Noby loves it there, I allow him to go at his own pace. Which sometimes has me walking pretty fast but I know he really enjoys it more then the stroller.
It’s hard to see but Noby is talking to the bear…
Hello Llamas!
Looking for the animal…
One of Noby’s favorite parts at the zoo in the play area. He loves climbing and going down the slides all by himself! Many of the other parents couldn’t believe how brave (or fearless they kept saying) he is!
At Easter time I got a bag of jelly beans to put a few in Noby’s egg hunt. He LOVED them and we have been eating the rest of the bag since. Last week we finished them and Noby has been asking for jelly beans everyday since. I kept promising we could get some at the store and of course every time we’re at the store I forget. So today I decided we would take a field trip to Jordan Furniture up in Reading. This Jordan’s Furniture is home of Beantown! Beantown is famous Boston landmarks made out of jelly beans! The Old State House, The Green Monster, Make Way For Ducklings and many more! Noby was IN AW!! He kept saying “jelly bean, JELLY BEAN.” It was so adorable. After we walked around a little we went into the Jelly Belly Store they have right there and let Noby pick out what color jelly beans he wanted to buy. $15.00 in jelly beans later (I was like OMG) we left, grabbed a table and watched the liquid fireworks. While we enjoyed a few jelly beans of course!
What a perfect adventure!
Checking out the jelly bean flowers….

Noby got his own bag filled with a few jelly beans, he was so excited!
